This is my personal experience with Fone Zone (FoneZone) - personally I wouldnt advise you buy from them.
My wife drove across Sydney to buy one of the few Parrot drones in the country. At $350 you might expect it to work.
On Christmas Day - after charging for hours - it simply wouldnt hold a charge - and the lights would stay on for only a minute or so - no WiFi etc- clearly it was 'dead'. If you Google - this isn't uncommon.
So we called the first day the Miranda store was open - to be told by a staff member to bring it in for a refund - which would come by cheque in 10 days.
The next day I drove there - the manager was less than helpful.
Firstly he said the advice was wrong.
Then he tried to plug it in - again it came on for a minute.
Then he asked if I had read the manual - and generally treated me as if I was ignorant.
He then said they sell mobile phones not radio controlled helicopters (although they had sold this product).
He then said I would need to arrange repairs (although the printout he gave said that he (as a Telstra dealer) should have done this.
I pointed out that the goods were not of a merchantable quality - and that I had a right to a refund or exchange. He then said that there were none to exchange for.
Again when asked for a refund he said 'Im not going to give you one' - refused to give the store owner details - and when I stated that I had rights under the Fair Trading Act threatened to call security.
I STRONGLY ADVISE you to think twice before using FoneZone - there are many mobile phone dealers - I have never struck this sort of trouble before.
